Are You Using Online Reporting?

As many of you may know, last year CLI introduced a new online reporting tool for all of our customers.

This system allows our customers to log in with a personal account ID and password and access up-to-date information about all of their telephone interpreting orders. Clients are able to download order detail reports as well as language summaries and sort the information any way they like. Ultimately, these new, customized reports will eliminate the need for specialized monthly reports previously provided by the billing department.

If you are a customer and your account is not yet set up for online reporting, and you would like to be, please email us  (JenSatcertifiedlanguagesdotcom)   and we will have an account set up for you and ensure that you receive instructions on how to use the service.

Language Summary Report

Our Language Summary Report shows number of orders, total minutes, call length and more, categorized by language.

Call Detail Report

Our Call Detail Report shows date of call, customer contact, language and more.
