Certified Languages Interpreter Credentialing Procedures

Our fully trained interpreter staff undergoes stringent testing requirements before they begin working with you. All interpreters undergo an extensive on-site Credentialing and Orientation program to assure they are qualified to perform both interpretations and customer relations services.

Required Testing

Certified Languages International requires specialty testing for all interpreters. Each interpreter must pass the examination test with a a grade of 90%. Once an interpreter achieves this grade, they become an official Certified Languages International Interpreter.

In addition, interpreters are encouraged, and expected to complete further trainings, both in their area and nationally. All interpreter activity is supervised by our trained Certified Languages supervisors on a continuing basis. Each Certified Languages interpreter is fully trained to give you, our customer, the best service possible.
