CLI-Credentialed Language Interpreters
Our language interpreters undergo an extensive credentialing program, and must pass examinations with test scores of no less than 90% before becoming an official Certified Languages International interpreter. All CLI language interpreters are based in the U.S. to ensure both an accurate interpretation and a cultural awareness of meaning.
In addition, CLI language interpreters complete additional training in their language and industry specialty. All interpreter training activity is continually monitored by Certified Languages International supervisors.
Backed by Quality Assurance Processes
CLI is a member of the National Coalition on Health Care Interpreter Certification. The coalition’s 17 members are developing certification and accreditation processes for the interpretation and translation industry.
CLI has long set its own standards as a language services provider. We are HIPAA compliant, Safe Harbor certified and Section 508 compliant, as well as licensed, bonded and insured.
