Certified Languages International has been helping clients communicate with customers in other languages since 1996. We provide telephonic interpretation, on-site interpretation, and document translation in over 150 languages to a wide variety of industries.

  • Live Answer Operators - Each call coming into CLI is answered by a live operator. It has been our experience that the easiest manner for our clients to feel comfortable in accessing language services is to dial the phone and hear a live operator assisting them and their unique needs.

  • US Based interpreters - All interpreters contracted with Certifed Langauages International are located inside the United States. They speak the language of your LEP population, because they live, work, and interact with the same U.S. population.

  • Rapid connection to an interpreter - through Certified Languages International's unique computer/telephony call center, interpreters are made available for the call, sometimes prior to completion of the order entry process.

  • Same price for all languages - CLI believes that one low affordable price should be charged regardless of the language required. It makes little sense to charge more for languages that are difficult to find interpreters for. This is a challenge that Certified Languages International must conquer, and should not be an additional financial burden for our customers.
